Tonic & Timber provides mobile bar services including, but not limited to:
- Mobile bar trailer rental

Tonic & Timber does not sell, provide, or distribute alcohol. All alcohol served during events must be supplied by the Client, who assumes full responsibility for acquiring, storing, transporting, and legally dispensing alcohol to guests.
2. Website Use Requirements
To use this Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You will not use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- You will not attempt to bypass security measures or copy Site materials
- Information submitted through the lead form is accurate and provided voluntarily
We reserve the right to restrict access, block IP addresses, or decline communication with users who violate these provisions.
3. Booking, Payment, and Service Engagement
Submitting an inquiry via the lead form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
The following process applies:
- You submit your event details through the website form
- We review availability and scope and respond with a proposal
- A service agreement and invoice are issued if the event is approved
- Event date is only secured once the required deposit and signed contract are received
All pricing, payment structure, add‑ons, and event details will be clearly outlined in your proposal and contract — separate from this Terms of Service document.
4. Client Legal Responsibilities
By booking Tonic & Timber, you agree that:
- You will comply with all Colorado liquor laws regarding purchase & service of alcohol
- No alcohol will be served to guests under 21 years old
- You will provide a safe working area for equipment and staff
- You will ensure proper electrical, space, surface, and weather accommodation for the trailer
- You accept sole responsibility for guest behavior, intoxication, or alcohol‑related incidents
We reserve full discretion to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated, aggressive, underage, or unsafe. Safety and legal compliance are non‑negotiable conditions of service.
5. Liability Waiver & Risk Allocation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tonic & Timber is not liable for:
- Injuries, damages, or loss relating to alcohol consumption
- Guest misconduct, negligence, or unlawful behavior
- Weather delays, venue restrictions, or unforeseeable conditions
- Property, vehicle, or site damage unrelated to our equipment or direct actions
You agree to indemnify and hold Tonic & Timber harmless against any claims, legal actions, fines, or damages arising from alcohol service, guest conduct, or non‑compliance with local law.
6. Intellectual Property
All photography, logos, brand language, design elements, and written content displayed on this Site are owned or licensed by Tonic & Timber and protected under U.S. copyright law.
