Clients are solely responsible for purchasing and supplying any alcohol used at their event, and for ensuring compliance with all applicable liquor laws and permit requirements.

- Using data mining, scraping, robots, or similar tools to extract data

4. Booking Process & Payment Terms

Clients may be required to submit a deposit to secure their event date, with final payment due prior to the event. Accepted forms of payment will be outlined in the client agreement. Pricing may vary based on customizations, staffing, travel, and additional rentals.
5. Legal Responsibilities of the Client
By booking with Tonic & Timber, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of the event host
- You will provide all required alcohol for the event and ensure it is transported, stored, and served in accordance with Colorado liquor laws
- You will not permit underage individuals to consume alcohol at the event
- You will provide a suitable and safe environment for the trailer, staff, and guests
- You will comply with any permit, venue, or insurance requirements
Tonic & Timber reserves the right to refuse service at any event where laws, safety protocols, or health standards are being violated.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tonic & Timber shall not be liable for:
- Damages arising from alcohol consumption by event guests
- Delays or cancellations due to weather, accidents, road closures, or force majeure
- Injury, loss, or property damage occurring on-site unless directly caused by gross negligence of our staff
All services are provided “as-is.” We disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on tonicandtimber.com, including logos, images, written content, branding elements, and design, is the exclusive property of Tonic & Timber or used with licensed permission. No portion of this Site may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without express written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be exclusively filed in El Paso County, Colorado.
